My favorite Chakra Smoothie
MY FAVORITE MANGO SMOOTHIE, ACTIVATING THE NAVEL CHAKRA FOR GOOD MOOD AND ENDURANCE
One of my favorite things to do is to create Chakra Smoothies, reading about the characteristics of the Chakras and the related foods. The third Chakra lies above our label and is the centre of digestion and mood. It represents the sun within us. In Yoga we try to strengthen this Chakra with Kapalabathi Breathing and postures that massage the guts. Strengthening this chakra with food means: choosing yellow, light and ripe.

YOU NEED
- 1 ripe mango - 5 walnuts - 10 rasperries - 3 leaves of basil
- the juice of 1/2 lemon - a teaspoon of chia seeds
THE MAKING
Soak the walnuts nuts and chia seeds in water for 30minutes
Peal the mango and slice in half Wash the raspberries carefully and only take the un-damaged ones Wash the basil leaves
Squeeze the lemon into blender, add the sliced mango and the berries
Take the walnuts and chia-seeds out of the water and rinse them
Add the seeds and nuts in the blender and mix it all well
THE DECO
Take a cocktail glas or a small maison jar and fill the smoothie in
Chose your favorite recycle or stainless steal straw, top with seeds or basil leave
