THE MASTER CLEANSE FASTING METHOD - 5 DAYS OF DETOXING WITH LEMON WATER AND MARPLE SIRUP
This liquid cleanse is based on the idea of a healthy and natural way to flush the body from toxins, pesticides, and other impurities.
I have periods in my life where I just don't feel comfortable in my own body. There are many symptoms for me to realize that my system is overloaded with toxins. Some of them can be that I feel:
Bloated belly
Brain fog
Mood swings or depressed mood, anxiety
Sugar and Salt cravings, over eating
Weak digestion, stinky winds
Oily skin and pimples
Of course all these symptoms can be treated with some pills from the pharmacy but this is only a short term solution, making the real problem even worse in the long run. A 5 day cleanse will help to kill the bacterias living in the acidic environment of the gut. The body will activate its own healing abilities, re-activate and re-juvinate in the period of the fast.
WHAT IS THE MASTER CLEANSE?
The idea of this cleanse is to flush the gut, the blood and all organs with water and lemon juice, which is taking out sluggish and toxins, while giving Vitamin C and energy to the body. The Sirup helps to prevent phases of hunger, because it gives the body energy in form of sugar with a low level of calories and without producing insulin, which would lead to more cravings.

HOW TO START THE MASTER CLEANSE?

Begin to prepare your body 1-2 days before with light food and only water, stop caffein and alcohol of course. Have your last meal around 5pm and drink a glass of warm water and add 1 spoon of salt for flushing the colons.
THE CLEANSE
Start the mornings to you flush your colons with warm salt water. Prepare your lemon waters for the day, you want to have enough water prepared so you always have some whenever you feel hungry.
FOR 1 LITER OF WATER
2 table spoons of organic lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 table spoons of organic maple syrup (not imitation maple syrup, as it contains additives)
1/4 table spoon of ground cayenne pepper

Start to have clear vegetable broth for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Or you follow this `three day Eas-Out plan`
Day 1: orange juice
Day 2: soup broths and fruit and vegetable juices
Day 3: living foods
This for me is the hardest after the fast to not over eat but to tune in with my body to feel how much food the system can cope with instead of eating out of desire.
The more fasting you do, the more this will become a routine for your mind, because at the end of the day our behavior forwards food is an addictive food-emotion behavior. Fasting helps to overcome this pattern.
