My Favorite Green Juice Recipe
Green Juice drenches your body in plant nutrients and chlorophyll, which I also tend to call liquid sunshine. Chlorophyll strengthens your immune system, helps control inflammation, increases red blood cell production, and helps enhance your cells' ability to carry oxygen. So why not include more green juices in your life? They have been the beauty and youth fountain for the model industry since many years, made their way to main stream social media and with their enormous healthy benefits and
fresh taste, they are unstoppable to become an essential part of a conscious healthy lifestyle.
If you don´t have a juicer yet, you can work with a blender and supergreen powders instead of fresh items, which need to be juiced most of the time.

YOU NEED
for apprx. 1L
1 boundle celery
1 bundle parsley
1 cucumber
2 apples
2 big leaves kale
1 orange
1 piece ginger
THE MAKING
Wash the greens and the apples or even better bath them for 15min in warm turmeric water
This helps to get rid of pesticides and bacteria, use turmeric powder for this bath
Rinse the greens again to clean turmeric and dirt of
Juice the orange and pour the juice in a blender
Now start juicing all your ingredients
Add the liquid in your blender and mix for a few seconds to a creamy liquid
Pour the juice in a Maison jar and enjoy or keep it fresh and cool in the fridge to enjoy later


TIP: I like to drink my green juices first thing in the morning on empty stomach, this is how the nutrients get absorbed the best and most efficient way.
