Overnight Chia-Cacao Granola

Did you know that raw cacao powder is a natural superfood, which is high in nutrients such as iron, magnesium and zinc. It is also a rich source of antioxidants for our heart and contains neurotransmitters which contribute to wellbeing and happiness. So can there be a better way for your mood and health than starting your day with a Vegan Cacao Smoothie Bowl topped with sugar-free granola ?! Nope - definitely not. Here we go, the super simple recipe takes you not longer than 5-7 minutes.
YOU NEED
a big bowl
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup sugar-free granola
1 cup plant-based yoghurt
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 mango
1 table spoon raw cacao
1 handful of roasted nuts
1 tablespoon sugar-free granola
1 teaspoon cinnamon
THE MAKING
Pour your granola in the big bowl before going to bed, cover it with warm water and cinnamon
Leave it covered outside to soak over night
Take the chia seeds and fill them in a pot, cover them with almond milk and simmer slowly until the chia seeds start to soak up the milk
Fill the chia seeds in a bowl and leave them in the fridge over night
next morning....
Take the chia seeds from the fridge
Wash, peal and cut the mango into cubes
Take the yoghurt and put it in your blender, add the raw cacao and cinnamon, blend well
If the mass is too thick, add some plant milk or water
Pour the chocolate-yoghurt mix over the oats, add the chia seeds
Now arrange the nuts, the mango and the spoon of crunchy granola over the oat-cacao mix
