Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates

My peanut butter stuffed dates are one of my favourite to go snacks when I need a to satisfy that afternoon hunger or the after workout sugar crave. They’re free of refined sugar and have a combination of healthy carbs, fats, and protein to keep you feel full. You can prepare the dates with any nut butter you like. I prefer the taste of roasted peanuts and with the sour taste of the passion fruits there is nothing better for your taste buds, than the sweetness of dates, the oily texture of the nut butter and the sour touch of fruit.


for approx.14 halfs

a box to store the dates

7 Medjool Dates

a small glass of peanut butter

a handful of chopped roasted peanuts (salt free)

2 passions fruits


Wash the dates and cut them in half, take the stone out

Prepare the half on a try infant of you

Take the peanut butter and fill every half with a small portion of the butter

Open he passion fruits and loosen the seeds

Drizzle the passion fruits seed over the dates

Top them with the chopped peanuts

Put in the freezer and serve cold

TIP: make sure to eat the dates within a couple of days, leave them in the fridge to make them last longer
