Raw Almond Choco Bites
Honestly - baking has never been easier than in this recipe. Why? because you don't even need an oven for it. This recipe gives you all quick and super simple steps for my favorite nutty - choco treat. Its raw, sugar-free and of course vegan.

YOU NEED:
8 pieces
¾ cup Gluten Free Granola 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
4 Medjool Dates
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
½ cup Raw Almonds, soaked overnight, rinsed and drained
½ cup Almond Milk
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
½ tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil
1 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips
THE MAKING:
Prepare the mini muffin paper forms or a muffin tray if you have
Take the seeds out of the dates and rinse your soaked almonds
Take your blender out and toss all ingredients in - except the chocolate chips and the oil
Blend all ingredients to a firm, thick mass and pour the dough in your little forms evenly
Put the forma or the tray in the freezer for 4 hours
Before taking the forms out of the freezer make the chocolate topping
Melt the chocolate chips in warm coconut oil in a frying pan
Pour the liquid chocolate over your bites but leave them still in the form
Put them back in the freezer for another hour
Now take them out and let them melt a bit to take them out of the paper forms or the tray
Enjoy them at room temperature - not frozen :-)

MY TIP:
Pour some nut butter and fresh berries on top of the little sweet delights and enjoy them even more. They can stay in the fridge for aprx. 4 days.
