Raw Vegan Burritos

The gourmet raw food cuisine often brings out recipes which are super difficult to make and require lots of kitchen tools, like dehydrators, blenders, peelers and all these things that many of us don't have, don't use and don't really want in their kitchen. This recipe is not only quick but also simple and you don't need anything for the making but your fingers. Exactly the way I love it.
YOU NEED
for apprx. 6 burritos
Kale leaves, if possible organic
Celery
Mango, you may also use cucumber instead
Papaya, you may also use pears instead
Sprouts
Cilantro
Gluten-free roasted onions
Roasted peanuts
THE MAKING
Cut the kale leave of the steam and wash them, leave them soaking in turmeric water
to clean from pesticides for around 15min
Meanwhile start washing the celery and soak it as well
Peal your fruits and cut them in sticks
Take the celery and cut it into sticks as well
Take the kale leaves, dry them and in case the have a thick steam cut the lower part out
Place one lave at a time in front of you and put peanut butter in the middle
Sprinkle the sprouts over the peanut butter
Add one stick of mango, celery and papaya
Topp it with cilantro, peanuts and the crunchy onions
Done

MY TIP
I like to present the kale burritos on a big plate, unwrapped. Like this everybody can enjoy the beautiful and colorful image of the filling and then wrap the leaves for themselves which is a bit tricky and stuff might drop and fall out. It is definitely `finger food` and if you have your guests wrap the kale burritos themselves you don´ need to do this job
